The Cataluna is a central hotel on Cl Santa Ana, a charming pedestrian street leading off the top of the Ramblas into the Gothic Quarter. The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and the closest metro is Catalunya (2 minutes walk).

The Cataluna Hotel is a small central hotel. The hotel itself is right in the heart of the Gothic quarter on a charming pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. The lobby is small and leads to the lift and stairs. There are only about 40 rooms, of which 17 are twins and 17 are singles, and 6 doubles. The rooms are all ensuite, small, basic and clean. They have tiled floors, a TV, phone and some basic furniture. Breakfast is taken in the sister hotel across the street (Cortes Hotel) and is served between 08:00 and 10:30am. A basic hotel with small rooms and an excellent location.
