The Moderno is a small hotel, housing 56 rooms. It was built in 1950 and underwent renovations in 1999. It is a 4-storey building with a traditional Spanish facade and small balconies. The lobby area is spacious and is suitable for disabled people. The floors and the walls are covered with cream marble. The restaurant is also well maintained and good sized. In general, it is quite evident in all parts of the hotel that it has undergone renovations. It is bright, clean, comfortable and in the heart of the city center. The property is popular with groups, couples, tourists and families.
