Great city centre location next to Plaza Catalunya- Staff nice and friendly for a limited service hotel.
- Guests have reported noise when staying in rooms on the lower floors.
Our Review
Simple 3-star hotel in a good central location just off Plaza Catalunya (ideal for the airport bus). Breakfast is pretty good for the standard of hotel and is ample for most tastes. The main benefit is the location, though it is worth noting that some guests report noise from traffic and underground trains (not uncommon for central Barcelona hotels.)

Click on a tab to see what they said ...The Gran Ducat is a modern, recently refurbished property that offers a good standard of accommodation in a central location. Housed in a traditional building that is in keeping with the surrounding area of Eixample. The rooms are modern, clean and well presented. The hotel has a bright little bar and a stylish entrance area. A good standard medium range hotel in the busy and lively location of central Barcelona.
