Staff nice and friendly for a limited service hotel.
Guests have reported noise when staying in rooms on the lower floors.

Our Review

Simple 3-star hotel in a good central location just off Plaza Catalunya (ideal for the airport bus). Breakfast is pretty good for the standard of hotel and is ample for most tastes. The main benefit is the location, though it is worth noting that some guests report noise from traffic and underground trains (not uncommon for central Barcelona hotels.)

The staff also appeared to prefer if they werent asked anything at all!... After approaching reception staff twice I eventually got changed to a twin room ... reception area was very impersonal and staff on duty were polite but not terribly friendly... reception staff were not very friendly as we entered or left the hotel. Everyone else was friendly and hard working though. ... Pleasant staff. ... friendly, helpful staff.... All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we received a warm welcome despite arriving really late at 1.30am. ... all staff were very friendly and helpfull... staff are very friendly... staff was nice ... Reception/conciege made excellent Paella restaurant recommendation... staff were not very friendly & quite hostile towards tourists.... staff were very unhelpful...
