Great location at the top of the Ramblas.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Smallish rooms, but this is normal for a Barcelona 3-star.
Good selection at the buffet breakast

Our Review

The Lleo has an excellent location, very central for the Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. It's a good option for a simple 3-star, clean and comfortable. Some guests have mentioned noise from the busy road at the front (not so good for light sleepers). Over most dates it's good value.

Friendly staff... Staff very helpful with tour advice etc... reception staff were extremely helpful & friendly.... . STAFF: very friendly and helpful... made to feel welcome... helpful staff... the staff are very helpful. ... Hotel staff spoke fluent English which overcame my shamefully poor Spanish.... poor command of english from the staff ... Only negative staff were a bit impersonal.... reception staff very reserved, not many smiles or Holas... we found the hotel very welcoming and the staff were pleasant... Staff were efficient but rarely smiled.... friendly helpful staff.... The staff were very friendly.... STAFF IN GENERAL HAD VERY LITTLE ENGLISH. ...
