Great Hotel in a wonderful location, close to the Catedral. Very central and able to get to everywhere, and Las Ramblas very easily.

Great location, great hotel. Room service meals hit & miss as ran out of lots of things on a Sunday night. Otherwise highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful in printing my online boarding cards for me but it would have been much easier if the pcs available to guests had their own print facility.

Top Tip
Get the Gallery card for 22 euros which saves if you visit the eligible galleries. Huge queues for Sagrada Familia - see if you can get timed entry. Hotel Catedral was really central and enabled us to walk to most places of interest. Dali museum nearby has a good rooftop bistro. We also enjoyed Sinatras tapas bar in one of the nearby side streets. Buy a travel card for 2,3,5 days which covers buses and metro. (Our 2 day ones cost 10 euro and gave us the flexibility to hop on a bus or tube.)

Excellent hotel and the location was literally 7 minutes walk from the Placa Catalunya. Take the airport bus to here it's quick and cheap.

Top Tip
Ramblas is a 'must see' but if you want to eat or sit for a drink go into gothic area where the food is better and cheaper

Hotel was recommended by a friend. Its location was very convenient for evening and daytime (travel connections, etc) however it was nice and quiet just off a main square. The hotel website itself was not helpful - did not give enough information about location/proximity to interesting sites. Didn't find out about free-wifi and 3 pc's available until we arrived, etc.

Top Tip
Hotel offers free guided walks from the lobby for guests 2x per week. We went on Sun am to the gothic quarter which was v interesting.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom capacity excellent and cleanliness of very high standard. Did not use dining facilities but they looked excellent. Overal excellent hotel

I had searched my web sites for a satisfactory hotel. This hotel admirably met my entire requirements

The only negative factor was that there were inadequate seating facilities in the room which made it difficult to relax.The roof pool area and gym was a bonus.

Top Tip
No special tips since most things including tour buses are close to the hotel and easy to find.

Top Tip
Great cafe offering coffee and croissant for €1.90 just 40 seconds away diagonally across the square next to the Cathedral. Never, never put your bag on the floor. My friend had her's stolen and pickpockets tried to get into my bag several times. Be very aware at all times.
