Well situated in a quiet spot at the bottom end of the Ramblas.
More often than not, the hotel offers good value.
Breakfast is buffet style and adequate for most tastes.
Rooms are simple, clean and modern.

Our Review

City centre location on a secluded square in the Gothic Quarter, just a couple of minutes' walk to the Ramblas or port. Rooms are a good size, modern, well furnished, clean and comfortable. There is a lack of facilities, so it's not going to be top of its category, but this is normally reflected in a lower price at most times of year.

hotel also allows one to store their luggage at the hotel when returning from the cruise, until it is time to leave for the airport... They charge for use of room safe... Expected more facilities in the hotel instead of just a breakfast room ... Absence of comprehensive 4* facilities not compensated for by superb location... No bar available despite advertisements in reception for a bar service...
